9am - 3pm at South Moreton Primary School - Didcot - Oxfordshire Join our immersive Football Holiday Camps designed to inspire and develop young players in a competitive yet fun environment. Led by UEFA B Coaches and Qualified Teachers, participants will enhance their skills and knowledge while making new friends and enjoying the beautiful game. Cancellation Policy

Tempo Football Ltd – Bookings, Conduct & Participation Policy 1. Payments • All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. • Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received. 2. Cancellations & Refunds • Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel a session and receive a refund. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non refundable. • No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance. 3. Player Requirements To ensure safety and full participation, all players must arrive with: • Appropriate clothing suitable for football activities • Correct footwear: football boots and trainers • Their own lunch, snacks, and water Food Safety • No products containing nuts or kiwis are permitted on site due to allergy risks. • Tempo Football Ltd reserves the right to remove any prohibited items. 4. FA Code of Conduct Tempo Football Ltd follows the principles of the FA Respect Code of Conduct. By booking a session, players and parents/guardians agree to: Players Agree To: • Always play fairly, respectfully, and within the rules. • Listen to coaches and follow instructions. • Show respect to teammates, opponents, referees, and staff. • Never engage in bullying, discrimination, or abusive behaviour. • Take responsibility for their own behaviour on and off the pitch. Parents/Guardians Agree To: • Encourage fair play and positive behaviour. • Support all players, not just their own child. • Respect coaches, referees, staff, and other families. • Never engage in abusive, aggressive, or confrontational behaviour. • Allow coaches to coach and avoid giving conflicting instructions. • Ensure their child arrives prepared, on time, and collected promptly. Tempo Football Ltd reserves the right to remove any player or parent who breaches the FA Code of Conduct, without refund, if behaviour compromises safety or wellbeing. 5. General Expectations • Players must behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. • Tempo Football Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. • Any injuries or medical conditions must be disclosed prior to participation.
